Our Virtual Servers are based on VMWare ESX server where more than one virtual machine can run on one physical server. While you'll get your own server, it will be on a physical server which is shared by other virtual servers. This gives incredible separation but allows us to offer more manageable solutions as well as scalable. Most 'CLOUD' computing solutions are now based on virtual servers. In some ways it's a compromise between shared hosting and having a physical dedicated server.
